Family Photo Day’s

We take over your school hall on a Saturday or Sunday (Sunday’s prove more popular with parent’s). We’ll take care of a booking system for Parent’s to book time slots during the day. They can bring family members and children with them and we’ll take fun and formal photo’s using a variety of backdrops.
We find this gives much more opportunity than regular school photo’s so doesn’t replace or reduce the amount of regular school photo’s purchased.

We’ll set up a password protected online gallery for each booking and track sales producing a report for you after a month and forward a cheque to you or your PTA. The last family day we did produced £300 for the school.

School Disco photo studio.

We set up our portrait studio in the hall (don’t worry – it won’t take over the hall) and children pay per print. At the end of the night we work out and pay you straight away. We find this is a great way to maximise the income from a school disco and works particularly well for fancy dress events such as halloween. Childrens always love having photo’s with friends to take away and we do it on the night so they have their photo’s immediately.

Sport’s Day’s

We’ll take photo’s of the events in progress and any award ceremony. Parent’s can view photo’s immediately as all photo’s are sent to our viewing screens wirelessly from the playing field.

Privacy

As photo’s are produced on the day there is no online sales unless through a password protected gallery if chosen. So you can be assured no photo’s are available to anyone outside of the event.
